WHAT IS THE BEANIE BABY OF THE MONTH PROGRAM?
The Beanie Baby of the Month program ("BBOTM") is an exclusive offer from Ty Trade LLC available only at Ty.com. Once a BBOTM enrollment is purchased, we will ship you a new and exclusive Beanie BabyŽ plush toy each and every month during the twelve (12) month BBOTM enrollment term. Some, but not all, of the Beanie Babies you will receive will be bears, but we know you will love each and every one of them.
WHERE CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
During open enrollment periods, you can click on the Ty Store Icon found on the homepage to enroll in the BBOTM program. If you would like to renew your membership click here and follow the renewal instructions.
HOW LONG WILL MY BBOTM ENROLLMENT LAST?
Twelve (12) months.
HOW LONG WILL YOU OFFER ENROLLMENT IN THE BBOTM?
We will offer new enrollments in the BBOTM periodically as long as the BBOM exists. We reserve the right to cancel the BBOTM at any time. If you attempt to place an order after cancellation of the BBOTM program, you will be notified that the order cannot be processed because it was not placed during the offer period. Once the BBOTM program is cancelled, we will terminate all shipments.
WHAT IS THE COST OF A BBOTM MEMBERSHIP?
Each BBOTM membership costs $60.00 per year ($5.00 per Beanie), plus shipping and handling (and applicable taxes). CLICK HERE FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
WHEN WILL MY BBOTM BEANIES SHIP?
BBOTM Beanies ship every month. While we will make every effort to ship the BBOTM Beanies within the first two weeks of every month, we cannot guarantee that shipments will not be shipped in the later half of the month.

HOW CAN I PAY?
BBOTM enrollments can be purchased by credit card and debit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card and debit cards featuring the MasterCard and Visa logo. Debit card users, please note that funds must be available at the time the order is processed. We are not responsible for overdraft or NSF charges.
We will not accept cash, personal checks, cashier/certified checks, money orders, or any other form of payment.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Although the annual cost of a BBOTM enrollment is $60.00, your credit card will be billed only for the specific product that is shipped at the time the product is shipped. Thus, if you purchase one BBOTM enrollment, your credit card will be billed only $5.00 plus shipping and handling charges (and applicable taxes) for the first product that is shipped under the membership. The same charge will be applied to your credit card for the following consecutive 11 months. The total annual charge to your credit card will be $60.00, plus shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.
ARE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS SECURE ON TY.COM?
Online shopping at Ty.com is extremely safe. All credit card transactions at Ty.com are processed using secure socket layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels on the Internet. We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

WHERE SHOULD I DIRECT INQUIRIES CONCERNING CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD?
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding charges to your credit card, contact the BBOTM at customerservice@ty.com. Please reference your order number in your e-mail. At the present time, we are able to respond to e-mails written in English only.
WHAT IF I DON'T GET A RESPONSE TO MY E-MAIL INQUIRY WITHIN A DAY OR TWO?
Please be patient with us. We anticipate that many eager BBOTM members will be contacting us. We read all e-mail inquiries and answer them as quickly as we can. Please avoid sending repeat e-mails as they will slow down response time.
CAN I CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF MY ENROLLMENT?
Once a Beanie Baby of the Month enrollment is purchased, the quantities that you have selected may not be increased. To decrease the quantity of the Beanie Babies in your enrollment, please contact customerservice@ty.com for assistance. This change will affect the remainder of your enrollment.
CAN I CANCEL MY BBOTM ENROLLMENT?
Yes, your BBOTM enrollment can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your enrollment, please contact the BBOTM at customerservice@ty.com. In your e-mail correspondence, please specifically request that your BBOTM enrollment be cancelled and provide us with your name, your address, including your zip code and the specific BBOTM enrollment you wish to cancel. Once we receive your cancellation notification, we will take every step possible to cancel your enrollment immediately. However, depending upon when we receive your cancellation notification, it is possible that you may receive one shipment of a BBOTM Beanie subsequent to our receipt of your cancellation notification. If you receive a BBOTM Beanie after you have cancelled your BBOTM enrollment, you may either keep the BBOTM Beanie, in which case your credit card will have automatically been billed or, at our expense, return the BBOTM Beanie to us and receive a complete refund. At the present time, we are able to respond to e-mails written in English only.
IF I PURCHASE A BBOTM ENROLLMENT AS A GIFT, CAN THE GIFT RECIPIENT CANCEL THE BBOTM ENROLLMENT?
No. Only the person purchasing the enrollment can cancel a BBOTM enrollment. Thus, if you have given a BBOTM enrollment as a gift, the gift recipient must contact you in order to cancel the enrollment.
IF I HAVE PURCHASED A BBOTM ENROLLMENT AS A GIFT, CAN I CANCEL THE ENROLLMENT?
Yes, you may cancel any BBOTM enrollment that you have purchased at any time. However, if you cancel a BBOTM enrollment, you will be the only person with whom we will communicate. We will not advise the gift recipient that their BBOTM enrollment has been cancelled.
CAN BBOTM BEANIES BE RETURNED?
Yes, BBOTM Beanies can be returned for either a credit or replacement. However if replacement product cannot be obtained, the BBOTM reserves the right to refund the purchase price including the shipping and handling charges. To return a BBOTM Beanie, please contact us at customerservice@ty.com for return authorization and instructions. In order to receive credit please return the product in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Once we have received the returned product we will process a credit in the amount of the original product cost only, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. At the present time, we are able to respond to e-mails written in English only.
IF I MOVE, WHO SHOULD I NOTIFY SO MY BBOTM BEANIES WILL FOLLOW ME?
If you move, contact the BBOTM at customerservice@ty.com or update your information on-line at https://www.tytrade.com/TYSTORE_INFO_ENTRY Please provide them with your new address and the effective date. If you have given a BBOTM enrollment as a gift and the recipient moves, they must contact you, and you must in turn contact the BBOTM at customerservice@ty.com to give us the gift recipient's new address information. At the present time, we are able to respond to e-mails written in English only.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES OF THE ACRYLIC DISPLAY CASES AND TAG PROTECTORS?
You can order acrylic display cases and tag protectors if you enroll in the Beanie Baby of the Month Program. Please note that each order must ship to the same address. Of course, you will be permitted to purchase the acrylic display cases and tag protectors as a gift, just as you can the BBOTM enrollment. Each order of the acrylic display cases costs $36.00 per year ($3.00 per display case), plus shipping and handling (and applicable taxes). An order entitles the purchaser to twelve (12) acrylic display cases. For each order, we will ship one (1) acrylic display case each month for a twelve (12) month period of time. One order of tag protectors costs $36.00 per year ($3.00 per package), plus shipping and handling (and applicable taxes). An order entitles the purchaser to twelve (12) packages of tag protectors. Each package of tag protectors contains ten (10) heart-shaped tag protectors. For each order, we will ship one (1) package of tag protectors each month for a twelve (12) month period of time. You may place a maximum of four (4) pieces per order for both the acrylic display cases and tag protectors. The accessory products will be shipped with your Beanie of the Month. Again, accessory products can only be purchased by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card). Your credit card will be billed only for the specific product(s) that is/are shipped at the time the product(s) is/are shipped. Any inquiries concerning your accessory product orders should be directed to the BBOTM at customerservice@ty.com. Finally, you may cancel your order at any time by contacting customerservice@ty.com.
